To secure your preferred date and time, a £20 non refundable commitment fee is required. This ensures the appointment is exclusively yours and will be deducted from the final balance.
Age Requirement: To maintain the signature standard of care and professional insurance compliance, treatments are exclusively provided for clients aged 16 and over.
One complimentary reschedule is offered, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given.
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and a new fee will be required to secure a future date.
To preserve the architectural health of the nails, Structural Rebalance (Infills) is required every 3 to 4 weeks. This ensures the structural equilibrium remains secure. Reservations exceeding this timeframe will be classified as a New Set to allow for the necessary restorative work and extended time.

Patch Testing: Certain bespoke treatments require a patch test 24 hours in advance to ensure total skin compatibility.
Accuracy: Guests are responsible for providing an accurate health history. Please provide notification of any changes to the medical profile or contraindications prior to future appointments. Liability cannot be held for complications arising from undisclosed medical information.
Confidentiality is the cornerstone of every reservation. Personal data is handled with the utmost discretion in accordance with UK GDPR standards. Information is collected solely for insurance and treatment suitability.
Unauthorized Recording: To protect the integrity of the signature techniques and equipment, the recording or photography of any treatment is Strictly Prohibited.
All treatments adhere to the most rigorous medical grade hygiene protocols, utilising hospital grade disinfection and single use instruments for every guest. By confirming the reservation, you acknowledge that services are performed at your discretion. No liability is accepted for unforeseen allergic reactions or complications arising from the treatment.
To maintain a serene and exclusive environment, the right is reserved to decline or terminate a reservation at any time. This protocol is strictly upheld in the following instances, though not restricted to:
Privacy Violations: Any attempt to record or document the treatment without prior consent.
Inappropriate Conduct: Any display of aggressive, disrespectful, or unprofessional behaviour.
Clinical Contraindications: Identified health concerns where it is believed a medical professional must be consulted prior to treatment.
Reservation Integrity: A history of inconsistent attendance or payment irregularities.
