To ensure a seamless and tranquil experience, I invite you to observe the following protocols for your bespoke reservation.

Commitment & Age Protocol

To secure your preferred date and time, a £20 non-refundable commitment fee is required. This ensures your appointment is exclusively yours and will be deducted from your final balance.

Age Requirement: To maintain my signature standard of care and professional insurance compliance, I exclusively provide treatments for female clients aged 16 and over.

Courtesy of Rescheduling

I understand that elite schedules can shift. I offer the courtesy of one complimentary reschedule, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given.

Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new fee will be required to secure a future date.

Structural Integrity & Maintenance

To preserve the architectural health of your nails, Structural Rebalance (Infills) is required every 3 to 4 weeks. This ensures the structural equilibrium remains secure. Reservations exceeding this timeframe will be classified as a New Set to allow for the necessary restorative work and extended time.

Wellness & Clinical Disclosures

Your safety is my priority. Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications at the time of reservation.

Patch Testing: Certain bespoke treatments require a patch test 24 hours in advance to ensure total skin compatibility.

Accuracy: Guests are responsible for providing an accurate health history. Please notify me of any changes to your medical profile or contraindications prior to future appointments. I cannot be held liable for complications arising from undisclosed medical information.

Discretion, Privacy & Recording

Your privacy is a cornerstone of my practice. Personal data is handled with the utmost discretion in accordance with UK GDPR standards. Information is collected solely for insurance and treatment suitability.

Unauthorized Recording: To protect the integrity of my specialist techniques and equipment, filming, photo-taking, or audio recording on any device of any treatment or proprietary method is Strictly Prohibited.

Safety & Hygiene Standards

I adhere to the most rigorous medical grade hygiene protocols, utilising hospital grade disinfection and single use instruments for every guest. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that services are performed at your discretion. I accept no liability for unforeseen allergic reactions or complications arising from the treatment.

Etiquette & Right of Refusal

To maintain a serene and exclusive environment, I reserve the right to decline or terminate a residency at any time. This protocol is strictly upheld in the following instances, though not restricted to:

Privacy Violations: Any attempt to record or document the treatment without prior consent.

Inappropriate Conduct: Any display of aggressive, disrespectful, or unprofessional behaviour.

Clinical Contraindications: Identified health concerns where I believe a medical professional must be consulted prior to treatment.

 Reservation Integrity: A history of inconsistent attendance or payment irregularities.
