To ensure a seamless and tranquil experience for every client, I kindly ask that you review the following booking policies.
To secure your preferred date and time, a £20 non-refundable deposit is required for all reservations. This ensures your appointment is exclusively yours and will be deducted from your final balance upon completion of your service.
I understand that plans can change. I offer the courtesy of one complimentary reschedule, provided at least 48 hours notice is given.
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the original deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure a future date.
To preserve the architecture and health of your nails, maintenance Infills are required every 3–4 weeks. Services exceeding this timeframe will be categorized and billed as a New Set to allow for the additional restorative work required.
Your safety is my priority. Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications at the time of booking.
Patch Testing: Certain bespoke treatments require a patch test at least 24 hours in advance to ensure total skin compatibility.
Accuracy: Clients are responsible for providing accurate health histories. Please notify me of any changes to your medical history before future appointments. Julia’s Beauty cannot be held liable for complications arising from undisclosed information.
Your personal data is handled with the utmost discretion. Information is collected solely for insurance and treatment suitability, held in strict accordance with GDPR standards. Your privacy is a cornerstone of this practice.
Julia’s Beauty adheres to the highest hygiene standards, utilizing hospital-grade disinfectants and single-use disposable tools for every client. By booking, you acknowledge that services are performed at your discretion and agree to release Julia’s Beauty from liability regarding unforeseen allergic reactions or complications.
I reserve the right to decline service to ensure a safe and respectful environment. This includes, but is not limited to:
Instances of inappropriate, rude, or aggressive behaviour.
Clients under the influence of alcohol or substances.
Contraindications where I believe a medical professional or podiatrist should be consulted first.
If you have a history of multiple cancellations or payment issues.
By booking a reservation, you acknowledge and accept the booking policies.
