A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance at the time of your service.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. You can reschedule once without any additional charges.
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will require a new deposit.
I currently accept cash payments only at the end of your appointment.
For your safety and mine, please disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications you or the person you are booking for may have at the time of booking. I cannot be held liable for any reactions or complications arising from undisclosed medical information.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Please notify me of any changes to your medical history before future appointments.
A patch test may be required at least 24 hours before certain treatments. This ensures your safety by identifying any potential allergic reactions. Please inform me immediately of any reactions you experience during the patch test. If no reactions occur, I will be happy to proceed with your treatment.
Your personal information is strictly confidential and will never be shared with anyone else. This information is collected solely for insurance purposes and to ensure the suitability of your chosen treatment. All personal data is held in accordance with GDPR and can be made available to you upon request.
If you have Acrylics or Gel/BIAB, nail maintenance "Infills" are required every 3 – 4 weeks to prevent lifting, damage, or broken nails.
Infills exceeding this timeframe may incur an additional cost.
I guarantee repairs for gel polish chipping within 7 days of application. Please report any chips with a photo to julia@juliasbeauty.co within this timeframe. Free touch-ups will be offered for reported chips within 7 days. Repairs outside of this window or for broken nails will be charged accordingly.
I reserve the right to refuse service in the following situations (but not limited to):
If you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
If you exhibit rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour.
If you have a contraindication, health condition or I determine that a you should be seen by a doctor or podiatrist.
If you have a history of multiple cancellations or payment issues.
All services are performed at your own discretion. Julia's Beauty takes every precaution to prevent infections by using new, disposable tools and disinfecting non-disposable tools in hospital-grade disinfectant between clients. High-quality cosmetic-grade products are used. However, I cannot be held liable for allergic reactions or unforeseen complications. You agree to release Julia's Beauty from any liability arising from services rendered.
