Booking Policies

Thank you for choosing Julia's Beauty! Before booking an appointment, please read my policies below. By booking an appointment, you will be confirming that you have read and fully understood the booking policies. 

Deposits

All bookings require a £10 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Deposits will be deducted from your remaining balance on the day of your booking.

Reschedule

If you need to reschedule your booking, please do so 48 hours before. You can reschedule once at no extra cost. If it is rescheduled more than once, another deposit will be required. Any booking rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will require a new deposit. 

Payments 

Payment will be due at the end of your booking in cash only.

Medical Information 

I cannot be held responsible if you do not disclose any medications or conditions that may affect your treatment. The accuracy of the medical information you provide to me is entirely your responsibility.

If any details change, it is your responsibility to update me with the new details. If no new details are voluntarily offered to me at future services, I will assume that your medical condition is unchanged.

Patch Test

A patch test may be required at least 24 hours before some treatments. 

When you have a patch test, you must inform me of any reaction you have. This is for your own health and safety, to ensure you don’t have any reactions. Providing no reactions take place, I will be happy to book you in.

Data Protection

The information you provide is strictly confidential and will not be shown or passed on to anyone else. This information is held for insurance purposes and to ensure it is safe to proceed with the treatment you are booked in for. All personal data is held in accordance with GDPR and can be made available to you upon request.

Infills

Keeping your nails in the best condition is the main goal. It is super important to follow the advice for aftercare, especially with regular maintenance of your nails. If you have acrylics or BIAB, nail maintenance "infills" are needed every 3–4 weeks to avoid lifting, damage, or broken nails.

Repairs & Guarantee 

Please note that I am only responsible for nail chipping with gel polish colours. I cannot guarantee classic manicure. Treatments are guaranteed for the first 7 days after application, as long as you are following the correct aftercare. In the event you chip your nails within 7 days after lacquering, please report this with a photo to julia@juliasbeauty.co, and I will offer you a free touch-up on the affected nails within seven days. Outside of this period, there will be a fee.
